I have a deep affinity, inherited partly from my parents, for country and country-rock music – here’s a small sampling of a few of my favorite performances of this repertoire.
This Steely Dan tune is always a smoker. I don’t set the solo, I ride the lightning. Hope you enjoy.
This was part of a fun night in October with Friends of Friends… thanks to everyone that came out, it was packed!
Here’s one I liked from the recent Ripple Allstars show @ The Bitter End. Check out this Dylan cover (longest song title ever, and it doesn’t even appear in the song), “It Takes a Lot to Laugh, It Takes a Train to Cry”.
