I had the pleasure of sitting in with Dead scene royalty, David Gans, at the Bitter End at the end of June. Here’s a little piece.

This was part of a fun night in October with Friends of Friends… thanks to everyone that came out, it was packed!

I had a gas playing this number with my Allstars pals, plus special guests Chris Bergson on guitar and Michael “Bull” LoBue (of Little Feat) on harp. Woohoo!

January has been a tough month as far as music heroes exiting this dimension. This song was originally released on Crosby, Stills & Nash’s eponymous debut album, and was also performed frequently by Crosby and Nash in the duet format. It is one of my desert island songs.
